Pastoral Care Ministry is made up of many parts.
Pastoral Care Team
Hospital and Care Home visits are a major concern of the pastoral care committee. We try to support those in our congregation who are going through a stressful time or who are unable to attend services. As well as the Hospital visiting team we try to connect through cards and phone calls.
The pastoral care committee continues to respond to requests through the Trinity office and from individuals. Please keep the committee informed as to needs within our Trinity congregation; concerns such as visits, cards, phone calls, transportation to services.
Committee members are: Bob Thompson, Donna-Marie Milne, Regena Warner, Marie Morris.

Healing Room
Throughout the year, practitioners have offered healing sessions here at Trinity on Wednesday afternoons, at Transition House, Hospice and at the hospital. We have become very busy, often with a waiting list of receivers watching for a cancellation.
Thursday mornings, practitioners gather for self-care and practise. This is an opportunity to become more familiar with Healing Pathway techniques and, as a receiver, to contribute to our own health and well-being.
Prayer Group
The Prayer Group continues to meet weekly, and at this time due to Covid restrictions, are meeting online.
You may send your prayer requests to Prayer@TrinityVernon.ca Please provide your name and email address, and give a little information about the person or situation you would like the team to pray for. Everything will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
